Modify Stock A12 Intake Manifold

Remove 4 x Studs M6x1.0 from stock intake manifold

2 of Studs can be when install the A15 Carburetor
Drilling 4 x Studs Holes

Use 6.5mm(1/4" in) Drill Bit drilling through 4 studs holes
-
Put a rod on the bottom to help surface stay horizontal
Clearance for Hex Socket Bolt

Use grinder slightly grind the bottom of (Outside Rear) Stud Hole for Hex Socket Bolt clearance

Only (Outside Rear) Stud Hole need to grind for clearance
-
Need 2 x M6x1.0mm Hex Socket Bolts when install Carburetor
Carburetor Install

Install 2 x Studs onto Carburetor base inner side
-
Install Stock Phenolic Insulator plate (not shown on the pictures)
-
Secured with 2 x nuts & 2 x Hex Socket Bolts
